Naming the jar

The jar version MUST reflect the timezone database’s release time in suripu-jodatime-yyyyMMdd.jar format.
For example, the timezone database is from IANA’s 03/19/2015 release, the jar file name should be suripu-jodatime-20150319.jar

The version is specified in pom.xml
