main is the index. Each reproduction lives on its own orphan branch with an independent history, a README, and instructions for running it.

Create a new orphan branch containing only the files needed to reproduce the issue. Include the affected versions, exact commands, expected and actual results, and any passing controls. Add a link to the branch in this index.
Keep credentials, private data, generated logs, and unrelated application files out of the repository.
